I would like to coordinate an event in honor of my brother, SSG. Brian S. Hobbs who was KIA Oct. 14th 2004. Is there anyway i could do this during the month of October or does it have to be in August?

i am interested in coordinating an event. i dont know how but my fiancee is in afghanistan right now…this way i can honor him in a small but meaningful way.
