Christopher Simpson was on a second tour suppose to get out in Oct of 07. He took the oppurtunity to pay off acar and to buy his fiancee an engagement ring. That never happened I returned home from shopping that day and the soilders were at my door 30 minutes later. Chris is the oldest of 15 grandchildren my oldest son with a younger brother in the Marines. He was loving, caring, kind, gentle, loved to hang out with his cousins and adored his fiancee. He was the type of kid when you met him you felt like you knew him forever. He is greatly missed but I know he will never be forgotten. He continues to touch lives. Mike Ellege was Chris's buddy they were in the same humvee together. I am hoping to be at Carruthers corners to run the mile between him and Mike How would i know when to be there? Thanks for your love , Support and continuing to remember those we have lost. God Bless the God Guys- Home of the free because of the Brave.
