Rome, NY – 4th Annual Run for the Fallen

The 4th annual local Run/Walk for the Fallen to coincide with the national run is going to be held on August 21st at 9:00 a.m. in Rome, NY at the B-52 site located on Perimeter Road on the old Griffiss AFB. I am inviting anyone who wants to participate; friends, families and children. You only have to run/walk one mile, but you may run/walk more if you desire. There is no fee just a sense of honor.

This local run is in honor of our own local soldiers who have paid the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. I am honored to be a part of this event and my hopes are that you will be too. If anyone has any questions or plans to participate please contact me, Jeannine L. Olney at
